TRADITIONAL SORRENTO AND MEDITERRANEAN COOKING COURSE
Bringing the flavours and colours of Mediterranean and Sorrento cuisine to your table has never been easier. With our cooking school you will learn how to prepare fresh homemade pasta and cook some of the typical local dishes such as “Scialatielli” and “Ravioli Capresi”.
Welcome at BASILICO ITALIA with coffee and dessert. The programme includes making the dough, preparing the ingredients, cooking, and tasting the dishes accompanied by prosecco, wine or a soft drink. During the various steps, performed directly by the participants, the Master Chef will reveal some secrets and give you advice on how to cook perfect dishes also a home! The class lasts 75 minutes.
