BASILICO ITALIA is pleased to announce the opening of our NEW PIZZA SCHOOL
Starting with the preparation of the pizza dough, one of our Maestri Pizzaioli will be sharing the secrets of the REAL PIZZA NAPOLETANA.
Our aim is to teach our guests how to prepare a classic pizza dough, shaping the dough and seasoning with traditional toppings. Your pizza will be then baked in a wood burning oven.
The NEW PIZZA SCHOOL course (75 minutes):
In a friendly but informative lesson you will have a ‘hands on’ cooking experience. On arrival at BASILICO ITALIA our guests are made welcome with a slice of cake and coffèe. The lesson demonstrates the preparation, seasoning, baking and tasting of each self made pizza. A choice of either a soft drink, glass of wine or prosecco is included. Our Maestro Pizzaiolo will be explaining and giving useful tips for you to recreate your cooking experience with us once back home!
A NEW PIZZA SCHOOL apron and a CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION will be given to each of our guests and can be taken home as souvenirs.
The NEW PIZZA SCHOOL
